Rooms were clean. They were just a little loud on the freeway side. Staff was very nice. Breakfast was lacking a bit.
Spent the week here for a work trip. Very comfortable rooms it seems like some have been recently renovated. Having breakfast as an option was nice, a couple of hot options. Staff was plenty helpful and friendly.
If I could give the service a 10/5 I would! Anthony, was attending the breakfast bar. The service, care, and attentiveness this gentleman provided exceeded that of some steakhouse I have been to. Anthony is a rock star and he alone would want me to stay here again. On top of that the hotel was very clean and had all the amenities needed.
Amazing place to stay! From walking through the doors, it is very welcoming. Very clean, great decor, great associates at the front desk, breakfast area, housekeeping. Room was very nice, comfortable beds, clean bathroom. Love the pool and breakfasts! We had an excellent stay at the Fairfield St. Louis. I'd highly recommend and will stay again! Pros: Clean, modern rooms Comfortable beds Excellent water pressure in the shower Complimentary hot breakfast had plenty of options and good coffee (saved our family of four a lot of time and money during our three night stay) Staff - Anita was so attentive and accommodating during breakfast! In fact, all of the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Pool area was the perfect size for the kids. Gym was spacious and well-equipped with floor-to-ceiling windows Great outdoor space with firepits and newer gas grills for guest use Convenient location right off the highway and 10 minutes from the airport Cons: Our room wasn't cleaned on the scheduled day but the crew quickly provided extra towels and other things we needed to straighten up (thanks, Bryant!) A favorite among youth sports orgs so don't be too put off by the throngs of kids (really only during breakfast) Our room was right by the elevator and we heard a pretty consistent loud hum throughout our stay. The proximity to the highway is also abundantly clear as heard through the windows but it wasn't overly disruptive. Paying any amount for self-parking in ample sized private lot in what amounts to a suburban location will never make sense to me.
Staff was extremely friendly at check in. Breakfast was included and the kids actually ate it. That should tell you something. Rooms were clean. Pool is on the smaller side and could get crowded pretty fast.
This place was great. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Very close to a lot places but far enough away. Breakfast was really busy so they ran out of things. Connected to Residence Inn so you have access to their amenities as well.
